Turbine Version
The electric version of the Hawk has been flown with the WMB1001 edf unit From , the Dyn-E-Maxx from Tom Cook (Jet Model Products),
And the DS 75 Recommended with this model. With the DS 75 and the WMB1001 you can use the ducting supplied. With the Dyn-E-Maxx you just don't use any forward/ intake ducting.
BAE Hawk
The prototype Hawk was powered by a PST 600, (54 size turbine). The Wren 44 could fly it very well and the weight would be reduced considerably. The model features full composite construction,and features ailerons, flaps, elevator and rudder. Conformal tanks are included
Spring Air retracts and JR radio are used .
The Hawk has been refined over the years and this latest version has all the benefits of that refinement
