This MB 339 kit has a wingspan of 2200 mm and a length of 1400mm.It is an all composite kit for two 120 mm EDF units like the DFR, DS 94, Dyn E Max or similar. A typical layout is a Lehner, Mega 2250/3E motor, 200 Amp Jet Mate controller and 12s Batteries ( 8000+mah ). With this layout, the Sukhoi is a real thoroughbred with lots of power. Although very fast, its strong point is the slow flying. It does not show up any tendencies to flip over. The model is very easy to control at ANY speed. The kit is equipped with glass fibre ducts that have a defined stop to hold the fan units in place. The fans are assembled from the rear end and no openings have to be cut in the airframe.

Other features of this fantastic jet are:

  • Hi% scale outline
  • scale surface detailing on all parts
  • scale canopy and cockpit kit included( Delux version
  • extra glass fibre part for speedbrake ( access hatch)
  • live hinged rudders
  • detachable wing
  • easy RC layout with no ailerons required ( taileron)
  • formers for scale landing gear included
  • very strong glass fibre parts
  • grey primed surface
  • bare kit weight approx.2350 grams

Our MB 339 Jet plane's geometry and airfoils are designed for a very wide speed range at minimum drag, allowing fast fly-bys as well as precise aerobatics.

Landing speeds are very low, due to the airfoil design, just below the fuselage.
