A 20% restock fee will apply to any returnable item. Returns must be sent insured in the original cartons, with all the original packing materials in place. We are not responsible for damage of returns due to improper packing. Shiping damage claims are the responsibilty of the shipping contrctor ie you. Shipping is none refundable. Merchandise returned without an RA, or sent COD, will be refused. Damage due to original shipping (from Ductedfans to you) must be brought to our attention imediatly by e-mail or voice(phone) at the time of delivery.

When Your Order Arrives...
Before you sign for the shipment, inspect all cartons for visible damage and note it on the delivery record. Open packages with care, cut only tape sealing box shut. Do not cut walls of box/carton... we use tape,glue staples to hold some items in place aginst the carton walls. If contents are damaged, please contact the carrier immediately for inspection do not discard any packing items. We will help you with the damage claim.
