The "Mosquito" features a lightweight hand made streamline Fiberglass fuselage with molded motor gondolas in one piece. The 2 Balsa wings are built up with Balsa ribs and then Balsa sheeted top and bottom. The ARF version is already covered with Oracover. The Mosquito has excellent flying characteristics, and flies to scale. (Cruising speed about 30 mph, top about 60 mph, flies rolls and loops too). The wings plug to the fuselage and can be removed for transportation. The motors attach direct to the firewalls of the fiberglass cowlings, which have access through service doors on the bottom. The Mosquito can be flown with 2 400 6 Volt or480 motors with 6x4 props. Or use 2 Geared Planetary Motors for increased flying times and higher efficiency.
